  • What payment methods do you accept?
    I accept credit/debit cards and PayPal on this site. At conventions, I take debit/credit cards or cash.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Shipping costs may vary. All packages are insured, so no need to worry about anything getting lost or damaged.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • What if my package gets lost?
    All packages are insured. If your package hasn't arrived after 20 days since the shipping date, contact me via ariartistryaffairs@gmail.com so we can discuss next steps.
  • Can I change my order after placing it?
    If you need to make changes to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it. I will do my best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • What is your return/refund policy?
    Have a problem with your order? Reach out to me via ariartistryaffairs@gmail.com and we can discuss next steps. Depending on the problem, a refund or replacement may be issued.
